the MAY Family

The May family of North Hampshire and Mid Berkshire were prolific writers of wills. Between 1630 and 1830, 70% of male MAYs who survived infancy made wills; 82% of those who had children made wills; and 91% of those who had sons made wills! And the situation continued in a similar vein after this date. So far, the following are available to view online:
